Dear Licensees and Certificate Holders,

Effective 28 November 2025, the MUT eUtilities Portal will adopt SarawakPass Corporate as the new user authentication method. Your current eUtilities username and password will no longer be applicable after this date.

What’s Changing

• New login method: SarawakPass Corporate

• Who is affected: All registered eUtilities users

• One-time action required: A mandatory one-time account mapping during your first login using SarawakPass Corporate to link your organisation/user profile with your existing eUtilities records.

What You Need to Do

1. Register or activate your SarawakPass Corporate account at:
   https://sarawakpass.sarawak.gov.my/SarawakID-Corporate/redirection/

1. Ensure you can successfully sign in to SarawakPass Corporate before accessing eUtilities.

2. From 28 November 2025 onwards, when logging in to eUtilities for the first time:
   Select “Sign in with SarawakPass Corporate.”

3. Complete the one-time account mapping to link your SarawakPass Corporate account to your existing eUtilities profile.

Once this mapping process is completed, all future logins will be seamless—with no further action required.
