 Wireman Second Grade
  • Single phase electrical wiring installation.
  • Employed on fulltime basis by EIC.

 Wireman First Grade
 
  • Single phase or three phase electrical wiring installation.
  • Employed on fulltime basis by EIC.

 Electrical Installation Contractor (EIC)
 
Issue and sign Supervision & Completion Certificate upon completion of LV installation.

 EIC with Authorise to Test endorsement
Issue and sign Test Certificate upon completion of LV installation testing.

 Supervision and Completion/Test Certificate (Form EIU/ST/1.0)
  • To be issued for new electrical installation or alteration or extension.
  • To be duly completed and signed by EIC and made available to the owner / management of the installation.
  • Original Certificate and supporting documents shall be made available to the owner / management for their retention.
  • The licensee is required to retain a copy of the Certificate and the relevant schedules.

 Form IT-1
May be used during inspection and testing. For complex installations, additional schedules or reports may be required.

 Drawings, plans and specifications
Must be submitted by relevant competent person (in accordance to Rule 64) to licensee before commencement of installation.
