On February 7, 2020 (Friday), Datuk Dr Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Junaidi, the Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister's Department (Islamic Affairs & DBKU) and Assistant Minister of Utility (Water Supply) officiated the SAWAS Education and Awareness Program at Long Seridan Asal Long House. The program is a initiative of the JBALB Operations Section and the Corporate Communication & Customer Service Section in collaboration with the Ministry of Utility in educating the local community about the JBALB System. The program was also attended by the YB Dato Gerawat Gala (Sarawak Deputy Speaker and N.78 Mulu Assemblyman), Mr. Ir Chang Kuet Shian (Director of JBALB Sarawak), Resident and District Office Representatives, and community leaders and residents of Long Seridan.
